作为长三角地区重要经济城市之一,浙江省宁波市正在发生着巨大的变化,随着商务行政中心东移战略的开始,东部新城的开发建设成为宁波市发展的重点,而作为东部新城重要组成部分之一的国际金融服务中心,承担着宁波未来金融中心的重任。国际金融服务中心工程总建筑面积36万m2,分为4个标段,由浙江省二建建设集团有限公司、宁波建工股份有限公司等4家具有房屋建筑工程总承包特级资质的公司承建。
As one of the important economic cities in the Yangtze River Delta, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, is undergoing tremendous changes. With the start of the eastward shift of the commercial administration center, the development and construction of the eastern metro city has become the focus of Ningbo’s development. As an important part of the eastern Metro Part of the international financial service center, assume the future responsibility of Ningbo financial center. The total construction area of the International Financial Services Center is 360,000 m2, which is divided into 4 sections and is under construction by 4 companies, including Zhejiang No.2 Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., which have the special qualifications of housing construction general contracting.
