新课改对初中教育教学做出了明确规定,要求以促进学生全面发展,提高综合素质为基本目标,在保证学生学业水平的基础上做好学生的思政教育,让学生在逐渐领悟做人的道理的同时完善自身的道德修养。在上述背景下,初中班主任工作也出现了极大转变,导致班级管理工作出现困境,因此,基于目前初中班主任工作的实际问题,提出了改进工作困境的对策,希望能为初中班主任提供借鉴。
The new curriculum reform clearly stipulates the teaching of junior high school education. It calls for improving students’ comprehensive development and improving students’ overall quality as the basic goal. On the basis of ensuring students’ academic level, they should do a good job in ideological and political education so that students can gradually understand what they are doing The truth at the same time improve their own moral accomplishment. Under the above background, there has been a great change in the work of director of junior middle school, which leads to difficulties in class management. Therefore, based on the actual problems of junior middle school teacher’s work, some countermeasures are put forward to improve the working dilemma, hoping to provide reference for the junior middle school teacher.
