大学英语选修课程以发展学生的应用能力为目的,有利于学生学习的个性化发展。要实现这一目的,学校不但要有科学合理的顶层设置,而且还要有行之有效的管理制度。文章分析了大学英语选修课程组织实施的特点和管理者的素质要求,并对管理过程应注意的问题提出了建议。
College English elective courses for the purpose of developing students’ ability to apply, is conducive to the personalized development of student learning. To achieve this goal, the school should not only have a scientific and rational top-level setting, but also have an effective management system. The article analyzes the characteristics of college elective courses organized and implemented and the qualifications of managers, and puts forward some suggestions on the problems that should be paid attention to in the management process.
