目的研究X线在痛风诊断中的应用价值,为临床诊断和治疗痛风提供参考。方法选择2010年3月~2012年11月贵州省安顺市紫云县松山镇卫生院收治的痛风患者46例,分别使用超声显像以及X线的方式进行诊断,并比较检查结果。结果 X线检查法和超声显像检查均能够反映出患者病变的区域,但X线检查法清晰程度明显高于超声检查法。两种方法对46例患者软组织改变检出率均为100.00%,而骨质改变、关节改变、痛风结节钙化方面X线检查法检出率分别为56.52%、39.13%、23.91%,明显高于超声检查法的23.91%、19.57%、13.04%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用X线对痛风进行诊断,能够对患者病情进行科学分期,减少漏诊以及误诊情况,为临床治疗痛风提供科学依据,值得大力推广应用。
Objective To study the value of X-ray in the diagnosis of gout and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of gout. Methods From March 2010 to November 2012, 46 patients with gout who were admitted to Songshan Town Health Center of Ziyun County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province were diagnosed by using ultrasound imaging and X-ray, respectively, and the results were compared. Results X-ray examination and ultrasound imaging can reflect the area of patients with lesions, but the clarity of X-ray examination was significantly higher than the ultrasound examination. The detection rate of soft tissue in both of the two methods was 100.00%, while the detection rates of X-ray examination of bone changes, joint changes and gout calcification were 56.52%, 39.13% and 23.91% respectively, which were significantly higher In the ultrasound examination, 23.91%, 19.57%, 13.04%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of gout using X-ray can scientifically stage the patient’s condition, reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment of gout. It is worth to be popularized and applied.
