锰与铁、铜均为化学性质相似的过渡金属元素,但关于锰与自由基介导的脂质过氧化作用(LPO)的关系研究报道较少,且有争论.微粒体脂质过氧化模型已被广泛应用于研究自由基反应及筛选抗氧化剂,本文通过观察加锰前后三种LPO模型中终产物丙二醛(MDA)浓度的变化,初步探讨了锰的抗氧化作用.1 材料与方法 (1)大鼠肝微粒体提取:选用本校生产的Wistar雄性大鼠,体重180±10g,钙沉淀法分离微粒体,实验前制成15~20mg蛋白/ml的悬液.(2)微粒
