自今年初以来,在党的正确领导下,我厂设备维护保养和设备管理工作与生产工作一样,成绩是很大的。在材料、备件不足,技术水平不高,管理混乱的情况下,保证了设备安全运转,基本上满足了生产不断跃进的需要。但是也曾有一度在设备管理上出现过无人管理的现象。表现在:生产与检修对立,过分强调客观困难,使检修计划不能按时实现,以致使设备维修落后于生产。其基本原因是:领导干部的片面观点,没有依靠群众,制度自流。进一步分析,这些都是设备管理和维护保养工
