本文对34例肺心病患者不同时期的血浆肾素 (PRA)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(A-Ⅱ)进行了测定,并与正 常对照组相比较,以探讨其临床意义。现将结果报 告如下。 对象和方法 一、对象: (一)肺心病组:34例(男23,女11),年龄48～84 岁。平均66.8岁。均按1997年全国肺心病会议制 定的肺心病诊断标准确诊的住院病人。
In this paper, 34 cases of pulmonary heart disease patients at different stages of plasma renin (PRA) and angiotensin Ⅱ (A-Ⅱ) were measured and compared with the normal control group to explore its clinical significance. The results reported below. Objects and methods First, the object: (a) pulmonary heart disease group: 34 cases (23 men and 11 women), aged 48 to 84 years. Average 66.8 years old. According to the 1997 national pulmonary heart disease conference diagnostic criteria established pulmonary heart disease inpatients.
