和谐文化最核心的内容是培育和谐精神,倡导和谐理念,大力提倡社会和谐的理想信念和价值取向。构建和谐文化的提出,对我国的社会主义精神文明建设指明了新的目标。但“和谐”与“和谐文化”并不是一个新生的概念,它的诞生,有悠久的历史渊源,也是顺应时代发展要求的新生事物,深刻体现了人类文明发展的必然趋势和价值追求。
