对广东省近年晚造种植的52份籼型三系杂交稻组合的11项品质性状进行鉴定和相关分析的结果表明,广东省多数籼型三系杂交稻组合的糙米率、精米率和整精米率较高,中长粒型的组合占多数,直链淀粉含量中等的组合占50%,中、低糊化温度的组合占绝大部分,米饭的食味相对较好,垩白粒率偏高的组合占90%以上,多数组合胶稠度偏硬。今后应把降低垩白粒率、适当增加粒长宽比和降低直链淀粉含量作为改良籼型三系杂交稻品质性状的主攻目标。
