新课程改革打破了传统固有教学模式的束缚,为我们的课堂教学注入了生机与活力。作为一名新时代的教师,对新一轮课程改革的认识不能只局限于学习层次,而是要付诸教学实践,这样才能真正落实新课改的要求。在新形势下,广大教师需要对教师角色、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价等方面进行系统改革。
