According to a recent report by China’s Economic Herald, Zeng Peiyan, director of the State Development Planning Commission, stressed at the Second International Symposium on “Towards 2020 China” that the key to solving all the problems in China depends on its own development. Zeng Peiyan pointed out: After 20 years of reform and opening up, the economic and social conditions in our country have undergone a historic change.
