绝大多数种类的流量计受位于流量计附近的管路配件的影响。就涡街流量计来说,当前由于没有相应的标准、使用规则或已公布的试验数据,用户通常不得不按照生产厂家的建议,在涡街流量计的前后安装尽量短的直管段。本文给出了用空气标定涡街流量计(其旋涡发生体是一个矩形截面的非流线体)时,安装在该流量计上游管路的粗糙度、单个90度弯头和双Z形弯头对校验的影响。试验结果表明:这个涡街流量计对上游管路的粗糙度是很灵敏的。因此,为了避免上游弯头对涡街流量计的校验产生重大影响,要求在该流量计的上游至少安装有55倍管径的直管段。如果把三菱流体整流器——涡街流量计的组合件作为一个整体部件标定时,位于三菱流体整流器上游的直管段可以减少。他们已经仔细地研究了有关使用涡街流量计配三菱流体整流器的问题,当三菱流体整流器——涡街流量计组件的总长度为10倍管径时,可以得到较理想的结果。
The vast majority of flowmeters are affected by piping fittings located near the flowmeter. In the case of vortex flowmeters, currently there are no standards, rules of use or published test data, and users are often forced to install straight pipe lengths as short as possible before and after the vortex flowmeter, as recommended by the manufacturer.
