对于在子宫内生活的胎儿来说,胎盘是不可缺少的器官,而胎盘的末端绒毛与母体血相接触,具有管理胎儿营养代谢的功能,也称作机能绒毛。为了解构成胎盘末端绒毛的胎盘膜(滋养叶细胞、细胞基底膜、间质、胎儿毛细血管)的形态和功能,目前一直在进行着组织学和透过型电显水平的探讨。近几年来由于扫描电子显微镜的使用,细胞表层立体的微细构造渐趋清楚,这种方法也应用于观察妊娠时的胎盘绒毛。本研究试行扫描电显学韵观察,把重点放在异常
The placenta is an indispensable organ for fetuses living in the uterus, and the terminal villi of the placenta are in contact with maternal blood and have the function of managing the nutritional metabolism of the fetus, also called functional villi. To understand the morphology and function of the placental membranes (trophoblast cells, basal lamina, stroma, fetal capillaries) that constitute the end of placental villi, histology and transmission-type electroporation have been explored.
