创建爱婴医院,实行母婴同室,是提高母乳喂养率的重要步骤,但要提高4～6个月内婴儿的纯母乳喂养率,尚需母乳喂养支持组织的努力.1 对象与方法1.1 1994年12月～1996年4月出生于南京医科大学第二附院的婴儿为研究对象.以1995年5月创建爱婴医院前后分为:母婴同室前后2组.1.2 分别于婴儿出产科时、1月、2月、3月和4月龄时进行婴儿喂养方式调查.
