提出一种涡旋分离换热装置，即具有分离功能的涡旋换热装置或称具有换热功能的涡旋除尘装置。通过合理巧妙地组织气体的涡旋流动，将涡旋除尘器与涡旋换热器有机地结合在一起，其除尘效果达到或超过普通常规除尘器，传热系数为常规空气预热器的２～３倍，运行费用与普通常规除尘器相当，体积与重量不足换热器与除尘器分体时总体积和总重量的１／２，此种分离换热装置的应用将改变用于除尘环保设备的投资没有直接经济效益的局面。
