经理人股票期权激励制度是当今企业管理理论界研究的热门话题之一。该制度作为一种激励制度,在西方发达国家的企业实施多年,取得了显著效果。但是我国目前实施股票期权的许多条件尚不充分,现实中国有企业在对经理人实施股票期权的过程中存在一些问题。本文根据我国国情和现有发展条件,针对存在问题,提出我国实施经理人股票期权的建议,使其加以改进、完善,促进经济制度的完善,从而推动我国国有企业和经济的发展。
Manager stock option incentive system is one of the hot topics in the field of enterprise management theory. As an incentive system, the system has been implemented for many years in Western developed countries and has achieved remarkable results. However, many of the conditions for China’s current implementation of stock options are not yet sufficient. There are some problems in the actual Chinese companies’ implementation of stock options for managers. Based on China’s national conditions and existing development conditions, this paper proposes proposals for the implementation of managers’ stock options in China to improve and perfect them and promote the improvement of the economic system, so as to promote the development of state-owned enterprises and the economy in China.
