钢筋混凝土屋盖砖混结构房屋,由于温度变形引起建筑物顶层(也有涉及到下面一层的)端部以纵墙为主的水平或斜向砖墙体开裂,是常见的质量通病。1981年石家庄市做过调查,在抽查的68幢保温平屋面房屋中,有62幢发生这种裂缝,裂缝宽度有的在3毫米以上,直接影响建筑物美观和耐久性。现就这一问题谈几点意见: 1.结合改善顶层热工功能,处理好屋面构造墙体开裂的主要原因是屋面钢筋混凝土和墙体材料砖砌体两者的线胀系数不同,前者比后者大一倍;在夏天,平屋顶受到的太阳辐射热强度比东墙、南墙和西墙都大得多
In a reinforced concrete house with a brick-concrete structure, due to temperature deformation, the top of the building (which also involves the underlying layer) is cracked horizontally or diagonally to the brick wall, which is a common quality problem. Shijiazhuang City conducted a survey in 1981. Of the 68 insulation roofing houses that were spot checked, 62 were found to have such cracks, and some of them had a crack width of more than 3 mm, which directly affected the aesthetics and durability of buildings. Here are some opinions on this issue: 1. The combination of improving top-level thermal engineering functions and dealing with the cracking of roof structural walls is mainly due to the difference in the coefficient of linear expansion between the roofing reinforced concrete and the wall material brickwork. The latter is twice as big; in the summer, the solar radiation received by the flat roof is much stronger than the east wall, south wall and west wall.
