我国当前的私营经济具有一般私营经济的基本共同点。从所有制形式上看,它与社会主义公有制有着本质区别。从劳动关系上看。私营经济存在着雇佣劳动关系。企业主拥有资金和生产资料,雇工则作为劳动力的出卖者受雇于私人企业,从收入分配上看。私营经济的经营者由于拥有资金、工具、生产场所和生产资料,合法而有限度地占有雇工创造的剩余价值。从生产目的看。私营经济的企业主发展生产的直接目的则是为了追求最大限度的利润。由此可以看出,我国现阶段的私营经济本质上是属于资本主义性质的经济成份。
