利用Caco-2细胞模型,考察痰热清方药物配伍对黄芩苷摄取及转运的影响。结果显示全方配伍及君臣佐配伍均能显著提高黄芩苷的摄取量(P<0.05);在一定时间内,全方配伍能显著增加黄芩苷的吸收(_(Papp AP→BL))(P<0.05)并显著减少其分泌(P_(app BL→AP))(P<0.05),从而降低外排率,增加黄芩苷累积通透量。君臣佐配伍能极显著地减少其分泌(P_(app BL→AP))(P<0.01),降低黄芩苷的外排率,说明痰热清方药物配伍能显著促进黄芩苷在Caco-2细胞中的吸收。
Caco-2 cell model was used to investigate the effects of compatibility of phlegm and rewarming drugs on baicalin uptake and transport. The results showed that all the prescriptions combined with monarch and adjuvant can significantly increase the uptake of baicalin (P <0.05); within a certain period of time, the whole compatibility can significantly increase the absorption of baicalin (Papp AP BL) (P <0.05) and significantly decreased its secretion (P_ (app BL → AP)) (P <0.05), thereby reducing the rate of efflux and increasing the cumulative permeation of baicalin. The results showed that the combination of monkshood and herbs could significantly reduce the secretion of P_ (app BL → AP) (P <0.01) and decrease the efflux rate of baicalin, indicating that compatibility of Tanreqing Decoction could significantly promote the proliferation of baicalin in Caco-2 cells In the absorption.
