王楚材(1943-2013),广东梅州人,出生于湖南长沙。曾为广东省文史研究馆馆员、中央文史研究馆书画院研究员、中国书法家协会理事、中国书法家协会书法培训中心教授、广东省书法家协会常务副主席兼秘书长。编辑出版有《阮退之书法集》《朱庸斋书法集》《李曲斋书法集》《佟少弼书法集》。屈指算来,我与王楚材相识交往已有20年,而知道他还要更早一些。这不仅由于我与他都出生于20世纪40年代中期,还因为自幼都生活在广州。当年我们这一辈喜爱诗文书画的
