经济全球化进程的加快对中国主要产业而言,既是机会又是挑战。而提高中国产业的国际竞争力是变困难为机遇的关键。在充分认识经济全球化本质的基础上,借鉴先行发达国家和后起发达国家差异化的产业组织政策模式,结合中国的发展阶段等特殊性,实施有针对性的产业组织政策,以全球化的视野和手段来解决我国产业经济中的各种矛盾是现实的选择。
The acceleration of economic globalization is both an opportunity and a challenge for China’s major industries. And improving the international competitiveness of China’s industries is the key to turning difficulties into opportunities.
