如今,为了解决住房问题,我国在这些年大力发展保障性住房。在2010年全国各类保障型住房开工590万套,2011年建设目标为1000万套。虽然各地方政府都出台了很多相关政策,但是目前保障性住房存在着巨大缺口,很难满足我们目前的住房需求。在目前情况下,借助原有的商业住房抵押贷款,推广住房储蓄业务能够在现有的资本市场上发挥更大的作用。而我国在这方面还有很多需要改善的地方。
Today, in order to solve the housing problem, our country vigorously develops affordable housing over these years. In 2010, various types of affordable housing across China started 5.9 million units, with a target of 10 million units in 2011. Although various local governments have promulgated many relevant policies, there is currently a huge gap in affordable housing and it is difficult to meet our current housing needs. Under the current circumstances, using the existing commercial mortgage loans to promote the housing savings business can play a greater role in the existing capital markets. There are still many areas for improvement in our country in this regard.
