本研究利用自动图像分析技术对纤维支气管镜刷片细胞核及核内银染核仁组成区形态定量参数进行测定。结果发现:平均细胞核面积、平均细胞核周长、平均细胞核直径及其标准差在A组(良性肺部病变组)、B组(肺癌组)两组间比较均有显著性差异;每个细胞核内AgNORs颗粒个数、平均颗粒面积、平均颗粒周长、平均颗粒直径及其标准差在两组间比较亦存在显著差异。支气管上皮细胞在癌变过程中存在细胞核及核内嗜银颗粒大小、形态及数量的变化,细胞核及核内嗜银染颗粒定量参数有可能作为肺癌早期诊断及鉴别诊断的定量指标
In this study, automatic image analysis technique was used to determine the morphological quantitative parameters of the fiber bronchoscope brush nuclei and silver nucleolus nucleus. The results showed that the average nuclear area, average nuclear perimeter, mean nucleus diameter, and standard deviation were significantly different between group A (benign lung lesion group) and group B (lung cancer group); The number of AgNORs particles, the average particle area, the average particle perimeter, the average particle diameter, and its standard deviation also showed significant differences between the two groups. In bronchial epithelial cells during the process of carcinogenesis, there are changes in the size, shape, and quantity of aryophilic granules in the nucleus and nucleus. Quantitative parameters of nucleus and nucleus accumulating granules in the nucleus and nucleus may serve as quantitative indicators for the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung cancer.
