目的探讨实验性非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎动物模型的制备方法。方法 25只新西兰大白兔(共50侧鼻窦)分为7组:空白对照组(6侧)、假手术对照组(6侧)、黏膜划伤组(6侧)、窦口阻塞组(6侧)、仅注入烟曲霉菌组(8侧)、注入烟曲霉菌并给予黏膜划伤组(9侧)、注入烟曲霉菌加窦口阻塞组(9侧)。以上颌窦自然开口是否予以封闭以及鼻窦黏膜是否划伤作为分组标准。观察以上组别在接种烟曲霉菌后成为真菌性鼻窦炎的可能性。于接种后14d及28d,根据上颌窦内分泌物真菌培养、分泌物涂片及病理检查结果判定各组制模成功率。结果注入烟曲霉菌加窦口阻塞组上颌窦分泌物烟曲霉菌培养阳性率14d为88.9%(8/9侧),28d为77.8%(7/9侧)。而注入烟曲霉菌并给予黏膜损伤组上颌窦分泌物烟曲霉菌培养阳性率14d为44.4%(4/9侧),28d为22.2%(2/9侧)。结论窦口阻塞加注入烟曲霉菌的方法可成功制造实验性非侵袭性真菌性上颌窦炎模型。
Objective To study the preparation of experimental non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis animal model. Methods Twenty-five New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 7 groups: blank control group (6 sides), sham operation control group (6 sides), mucosal injury group (6 sides), ostium obstruction group (6 sides) ) Was injected into Aspergillus fumigatus group (8 sides only). Aspergillus fumigatus was injected and mucosa scratch group (9 sides) were injected with Aspergillus fumigatus plus sinus ostium obstruction group (9 sides). To the natural opening of the maxillary sinus to be closed and whether the mucosa of the sinus mucosa as a grouping criteria. The above groups were observed as fungal sinusitis after inoculation with Aspergillus fumigatus. At 14d and 28d after inoculation, the success rate of molding in each group was judged according to the fungal culture, secretion smear and pathological examination of maxillary sinus secretion. Results The positive rate of Aspergillus fumigatus cultured in Aspergillus fumigatus plus sinus ostium occlusion group was 88.9% (8/9) on day 14, and 77.8% (7/9) on 28d. The positive rate of Aspergillus fumigatus culture was 44.4% (4/9 side) and 22.2% (2/9 side) on the day of Aspergillus fumigatus injection with Aspergillus fumigatus and mucosal injury group. Conclusion The method of injecting Aspergillus fumigatus into the obstruction of ostium can successfully produce experimental non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis model.
