摘要目的以组织学检查作为参照物的方法,比较研究扩散加权成像和T2加权MR成像两种方法检测大鼠结直肠癌肝转移情况。方法向18只大鼠的肝脏内各注射4次结肠癌细胞。在7 T MRI中,运用快速自旋回波序列T2加权成像和自旋回波序列扩散加权MR成像(b=0、20、150 s/mm2)扫描,并由2位阅片者独立进行分析。标本组织学检查的切片厚度为0.4 mm。采用McNemar检验比较敏感度,用Wilcoxon配对检验比较每只大鼠病灶的平均假阳性。结果在组织学检查中,共有166个肝转移灶被确定。在检测肝转移灶的敏
Abstract Objective To investigate the liver metastasis of colorectal cancer in rats by two methods, diffusion-weighted imaging and T2-weighted MR imaging, using histological examination as a reference. Methods The liver of 18 rats was injected 4 times with colon cancer cells. At 7 T MRI, T2-weighted imaging of spin echo and spin-echo serial diffusion-weighted MR imaging (b = 0, 20, 150 s / mm2) were performed and analyzed independently by 2 readers.
