以十四醇为起始剂在氢氧化钾催化下,与环氧丙烷(PO)和环氧乙烷(EO)反应,生成单羟基聚醚即SP型破乳剂(SPDE)。以甲基乙氧基硅油(MESO)为主链,在侧基上引入SPDE,合成梳型有机硅破乳剂(MEDE)。考察了PO与EO的加料比对破乳剂脱水率的影响,结果表明:m(PO)∶m(EO)为5∶2,头m(PO)∶尾m(PO)为1∶1时,得到的MEDE的脱水率达90%,将原油的表面张力下降50%。
With tetradecyl alcohol as initiator, potassium hydroxide was used to react with propylene oxide (PO) and ethylene oxide (EO) to form monohydroxy polyether (SPDE) demulsifier (SPDE). Methyl ethoxy silicone oil (MESO) as the main chain, the introduction of SPDE on the side groups, synthetic comb silicone demulsifier (MEDE). The effects of the feed ratio of PO to EO on the dehydration rate of the demulsifier were investigated. The results showed that when the molar ratio of PO to EO was 5: 2 and the molar ratio of PO to PO was 1: 1, The resulting MEDE has a 90% dehydration rate that reduces the surface tension of crude oil by 50%.
