充分的循证医学证据证实,阿司匹林在心脑血管疾病一级预防、二级预防及急性期治疗中疗效明确,是心脑血管疾病防治的基础用药,也是目前惟一被指南推荐用于一级预防的抗血小板药物。2011年以来,关于阿司匹林研究证据不断丰富,而新指南也对阿司匹林再次予以充分的肯定,夯实了阿司匹林在心脑血管疾病一级预防中的基石地位。
