一、价值工程的形成和发展价值工程(Value Engineering,简称VE),是美国通用电气公司麦尔斯工程师(L. D. Miles)创立的。他首先从功能角度来分析产品,提出在保证或提高产品质量前提下,降低成本的办法,称之为价值分析(Value Analysis,简称VA),后来逐步发展为VE。美国1971年出版的《工业工程手册》,将价值工程与第二次世界大战后出现的其他五种管理技术,称为六大工业管理新技术。
1. The formation and development of value engineering Value Engineering (referred to as VE) was founded by L. D. Miles, a General Electric Company of the United States. He first analyzed the product from a functional perspective and proposed a method to reduce costs under the premise of ensuring or improving product quality. It was called Value Analysis (VA) and gradually evolved into VE. The “Industrial Engineering Handbook” published by the United States in 1971 called value engineering and other five management techniques that emerged after World War II as the six major new technologies for industrial management.
