对１２例婴儿在行唇腭裂整复术的同时，采用上颌骨粘骨膜－牙龈瓣修复牙槽突裂。结果表明这种术式实用有效，能有效地达到封闭口鼻瘘的目的，说明一期修复牙槽突裂是可行的。
In 12 cases of infants undergoing cleft lip and palate surgery, maxillary mucoperiosteal-gingival flap was used to repair alveolar cleft. The results show that this technique is practical and effective, which can effectively achieve the purpose of closing the oral fistula, indicating that the first phase of alveolar rupture is feasible.
