环境响应性聚合物可以响应温度、pH值、磁场、光等环境刺激的微小变化,将其作为载体材料可使药物根据不同的作用靶标和环境选择性实现药物的可控释放,在医药和农药领域受到研究者的关注。综述了温度、pH值、光、磁及复合型响应性聚合物作为载体材料在可控释放载药微球制备领域的应用,分别评述了载药微球的制备和响应机制。最后展望了环境响应性聚合物在医药和农药微球制备领域的发展,提出复合型响应性聚合物是未来研究的热点。
Environmentally responsive polymers can respond to small changes in environmental stimuli such as temperature, pH, magnetic field, light and the like. As a carrier material, the polymers can selectively control the release of the drugs according to different targets and environments. In pharmaceuticals and pesticides The field has drawn the attention of researchers. The application of temperature, pH value, optical, magnetic and complex responsive polymers as carrier materials in preparation of controlled release microspheres was reviewed. The preparation and response mechanism of drug loaded microspheres were reviewed. Finally, the development of environment-responsive polymers in the field of medicine and pesticide microsphere preparation is forecasted. It is proposed that complex responsive polymers are the hot topics in the future.
