0 前言 锅炉管屏是锅炉中最重要的部件之一,其质量的优劣将直接影响产品的性能。在制造前,必须考虑设计图样、技术条件规程、安全可靠加工方法及设备能力等诸多因素,对管屏进行分析,排出单根元件制造工艺方法,然后按工序逐根加工、拼焊,且焊缝要求避开弯头。 排序,是指根据设计要求及图纸几何尺寸,将锅炉受热面管屏分解成元件后,按材质、规格尺寸、技术条件及相应的加工工艺和焊接方法,排出元件管各段长度尺寸、管端坡口形式及拼焊顺序,最终达到设计与质量要求。排序是锅炉管屏元件制造的首道工序,也是最关键的工序,它直接影响到制造成本和周期。
