一些楼房建筑工程竣工后,楼层地坪沿楼板板缝处开裂是建筑工程中常见的质量通病。裂缝出现后不仅影响室内的美观,更重要的是影响使用,给用户造成不便。出现这些问题的原因主要有以下几点: 有些楼板在预制时几何尺寸偏差过大,板面不平整,挠曲严重,偏差超过《预制混凝土构件质量检验评定标准》(GBJ321—90)中规定的平整度误差不超过5mm;挠曲误差不超过1/750的要求,致使楼板铺设后高低尺寸相差过大,造成楼面、顶棚在楼板的板缝处抹灰层厚薄不一,容易产生裂缝。 二、楼板与墙体结合不好
