三维水墨动画的出现是水墨绘画以及传统动画技术的一大创新,三维技术的诞生给水墨动画工作者带来了新的启发。三维技术逐渐融入到水墨动画中,使水墨动画的发展焕发出了生机。它通过呈现给观众一种不同于以往的视角,根据动画里的故事情节,用水墨的画面表现出中国的味道,水墨效果更加立体化,使中国传统的水墨艺术以一种新的姿态展现在人们眼前。
