目前,开发智力的作用已为越来越多的企业领导所认识,企业职工教育工作无论在广度还是深度上都有了新的发展,对改善职工素质,提高经济效益起到了促进作用。但也出现一些新的问题,如职工教育的结构、体制还正在摸索,教学内容、办学形式如何体现企业的特点,师资、场地、经费以及有关的具体政策等等都还有不少问题。一句话,企业的培训工作还存在一个不够适应的问题。这就需要经济部门的领导、企业的干部和从事职工教育的同志一道,在实践中加以研究和解决,以改革的精神开拓前进。
At present, the role of intelligence development has been recognized by more and more business leaders. The enterprise staff education work has made new progress both in breadth and depth and has played a catalytic role in improving the quality of staff and improving economic efficiency. However, there are still some new problems, such as the structure of staff education, the system is still being explored, teaching content, how the school form reflects the characteristics of enterprises, teachers, venues, funding and related specific policies and so there are still many problems. In short, there is still a problem that is not well-adapted to the training of enterprises. This requires that the leaders of the economic sector, the cadres of enterprises and the comrades engaged in the education of workers and staff should work together to study and solve them in practice and make progress in the spirit of reform.
