在地震勘探领域中,MACHA遥爆系统和ARAM.ARIES数字地震采集系统有着广泛的应用。根据MACHA系统在硬件设计方面的特点(PTB/RFTB时差稳定在2.7ms~2.8ms左右),在ARAM.ARIES数字地震采集系统软件中设计了独立窗口用以测算、调节MACHA同步系统的延迟时间。文章针对在地震野外采集工作中,按照行业标准所规定的要求,PTB/RFTB时差不应大于2ms。在ARAM.ARIES软件系统最小的调节范围精确到1μs,远远低于行业要求的2ms误差范围这一情况,采用不同的采样频率,系统采取固定的内部延迟的条件下,通过数据的调整对MACHA同步系统做了一系列的延迟试验。精确确定了延迟数据列表,仪器操作人员完全可以直接使用这个列表的数值,可在爆炸机测试和放炮生产中节省调试时间,同时满足本行业对延迟时间的要求,达到了较好的使用效果。
In the field of seismic exploration, MACHA remote explosion system and ARAM.ARIES digital seismic acquisition system has a wide range of applications. According to the characteristics of MACHA system in hardware design (PTB / RFTB time difference is stable at 2.7ms ~ 2.8ms), a separate window is designed in ARAM.ARIES digital seismic acquisition system software to measure and adjust the delay time of MACHA synchronization system. In this paper, PTB / RFTB time difference should not be more than 2ms in the field work of seismic acquisition in accordance with the requirements of the industry standard. The minimum adjustment range of ARAM.ARIES software system is accurate to 1μs, which is far below the 2ms error range required by the industry. Using different sampling frequencies and the system adopting a fixed internal delay, the MACHA Synchronization system made a series of delay test. Accurately determine the delay data list, the instrument operator can directly use this list of values, can be explosive test and blasting saves production time debugging, while meeting the industry’s delay time requirements, and achieved good results.
