蒸馏工序是氨碱法生产的重要环节之一,合理的设计对节能降耗、降低成本至关重要。本文分析了蒸馏工序设计中应考虑的节能措施:减缓蒸馏设备结疤速度,延长其使用周期;合理选择氨冷却器;注重回收蒸氨废液的热量,降低能耗。
Distillation process is an important part of ammonia production, reasonable design is essential to saving energy and reducing costs. This paper analyzes the energy-saving measures that should be considered in the design of distillation process: slowing down the scarring rate of the distillation equipment and prolonging the service life; reasonably selecting the ammonia cooler; paying attention to the heat recovery of the waste ammonia liquor and reducing the energy consumption.
