本文目的是介绍在不同提升设备中各类型钢绳的性能,以期利用这些发现,得到使钢绳寿命更为合理和提高钢绳安全性的方法。矿井提升钢绳目前采用的提升钢绳有以下四种: (1)六股一麻芯的圆股钢绳(图1),(2)六股一麻芯的三角股钢绳(图2),(3)不打卷的多股钢绳(图3),(4)封闭型钢绳(图4)。三角股钢绳的有效表面积比圆股的大,故更适用于多层缠绕的绞筒提升。
The purpose of this paper is to describe the performance of various types of ropes in different lifting equipment in order to take advantage of these findings and to find ways to make the life of the ropes more reasonable and to increase the safety of ropes. There are four types of hoisting ropes currently used in mine hoisting ropes: (1) round ropes with six cores and one hemp (Figure 1), and (2) triangular strands with six cores and one hemp (Figure 2) , (3) multi-strand steel wire without winding (Figure 3), and (4) closed type steel wire (Figure 4). Triangle strand rope effective surface area than the round, so more suitable for multi-winding winding drum upgrade.
