利用排队论理论，根据情报处理系统信息流程，对情报到来、情报等待服务和系统服务时间建立排队模型，利用统计方法，确定系统的技术指标．这种分析方法既可用于情报系统设计阶段，也可用于系统的测试。
Using queuing theory, according to the information processing system information flow, a queuing model is established for intelligence arrival, intelligence waiting service and system service time, and the statistical method is used to determine the technical index of the system. This method of analysis can be used both for intelligence system design phase and for system testing.
