目的:探讨双黄连片中连翘苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以Diamonsil C18为色谱柱,乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相,检测波长为277nm,流速1.0ml/min,以外标法按峰面积计算。结果:连翘苷进样量在10.25～205μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),该法平均回收率为100.72%,RSD=0.79%。结论:该法简便、易行、准确,可用于双黄连片中连翘苷的含量测定。
Objective: To investigate the determination of forsythin in Shuanghuanglian tablets. Methods: Diamonsil C18 column and acetonitrile - water (25:75) as mobile phase were used. The detection wavelength was 277 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The external standard method was used to calculate the peak area. Results: The calibration curve of forsythin in the range of 10.25-205μg was linear with the peak area (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.72% and the RSD was 0.79%. Conclusion: The method is simple, easy and accurate, and can be used for the determination of forsythin in Shuanghuanglian tablets.
