近些年,随着社会生活节奏的不断加快,人们对于内心真诚交流有着强烈的渴盼,于是访谈类节目出现了千树万树梨花开的局面。而在这众多的节目中,现场访谈式节目以其新颖的采访形式和独有的现场氛围成为了此类节目中的主流。主持人作为现场访谈式节目中的关键人物,其个人的职业素养直接影响到了节目本身的质量。本文对访谈类节目的发展过程及其现状做出了简要介绍,讨论了主持人在节目中自身所存在的优势,并以《杨澜访谈录》为引探寻了现场访谈式节目主持人所需的个人素养,认为善于倾听、营造氛围、现场调控等特质是一名优秀主持人所必需的素养。
In recent years, with the continuous acceleration of the pace of social life, people have a strong desire for sincere exchange of heart, so there are thousands of trees and pear trees in the interview programs appearing. In many of these programs, live interviews are the mainstay of such shows with their new forms of interviewing and unique on-site ambience. As a key person in the live interview program, the host’s personal accomplishment directly affects the quality of the program itself. This article briefly introduces the development process of interviews and their status quo, and discusses the preponderance of presenters’ own existence in the programs. With “Interview with Yang Lan” as the probe, it finds out what the interview host needs Personal qualities, that good at listening, creating atmosphere, on-site regulation and other qualities is an excellent host of the necessary qualifications.
