成立于1999年6月份的中国网络通信有限公司(以下简称网通),从筹备伊始就因其各方面的特殊性而倍受中外产业界的关注,并不断引发各种猜测和议论。目前,网通公司的注册资本为3.4亿元人民币,国家的总投资则为4.8亿元人民币。在其资本金构成当中,中科院、广电总局、铁道部以及上海市政府四家股东各出资5000万元人民币,分别占网通公司各20％的股权;另外的2.8亿元投资当中,1.4亿元来自政府拨款,还有1.4亿元来自贷款。作为一家国有电信运营企业,网通公司从发起设立之初即采用所有权与经营权相分离的现代企业运营机制,并聘请前亚信公司总裁田溯宁博士出任公司总裁,这一举措更进一步引起人们对网通公司的普遍关注。为使本刊读者能够对网通公司有更为深入的了解,本刊记者特走访了网通公司董事长、中科院副院长严义埙。
Founded in June 1999, China Network Communications Co., Ltd.
