鸡腿菇因其营养丰富,味道鲜美,食疗价值高,经济效益好等特点,近两年得到迅猛发展。为了探索鸡腿菇的最佳栽培模式,在同等生产条件下使其产生更高的经济效益,湖北省枝江市食用菌协会的科技人员在此方面作了一些有益的尝试。试验证明,波浪式栽培鸡腿菇产量高,具有更高的经济效益。现将其技术方法简介如下:
Due to its rich nutrition, delicious taste, high therapeutic value and good economic benefits, Coprinus has gained rapid development in recent two years. In order to explore the best cultivating mode of Coprinus comatus, and make it produce higher economic efficiency under the same production conditions, the scientific and technical personnel of Edible Mushroom Association of Zhijiang in Hubei Province made some useful attempts in this respect. Experiments show that wave-grown coprinus high yield, with higher economic benefits. Now its technical methods are as follows:
