目的探讨主动脉内球囊反搏术后患者出血的相关因素及护理要点分析。方法抽取收治的实施IABP手术的148例患者进行分析,针对患者术后出血要点的相关因素,实施针对性的护理干预,观察临床效果,结果通过观察,出血与患者的年龄与血小板减少有关,然而高血压,IABP不具有影响。实施有效的护理干预,获得了良好的效果。结论分析实施IABP手术患者出血因素,实施有效的护理干预,能够显著提高临床效果,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复,具有良好的临床运用价值。
Objective To investigate the related factors and nursing points of bleeding after aortic balloon pump. Methods A total of 148 patients undergoing IABP surgery were enrolled in this study. According to the related factors of postoperative bleeding, the patients were treated with specific nursing interventions and the clinical effects were observed. The results showed that bleeding and the age of patients were related to thrombocytopenia. However, Hypertension, IABP has no effect. Implement effective nursing interventions and achieved good results. Conclusions The analysis of bleeding factors in patients undergoing IABP surgery and the implementation of effective nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients with good clinical value.
