随着我国经济改革步伐的不断深入,我国的各项建设事业也得到了快速发展。目前,我国的城市建设工程是城市发展的重要建设工程,随着城市化进程的不断加快,其建设规模及数量都将会大速的增加,这就给城建施工技术的管理及控制提出了更高的要求。本文主要分析了我国房屋建设施工技术管理的现状,房屋建筑施工技术的管理意义及一些施工管理措施,希望能对今后的施工有所帮助。
