我国的足球发展速度相对较慢,与发达国家相对存在较大的差距,究其原因是我国当期青少年培养体系并不完善,缺乏全面性以及系统性。近几年,国家提高了对青少年足球培训的重视,希望能够大力发展青少年足球,建立健全相关培养体系。文章主要研究我国青少年培养的有效策略,以期为相关人员提供理论参考。
The development speed of football in our country is relatively slow, and there is a big gap between it and developed countries. The reason is that our current youth training system is not perfect, lacking of comprehensiveness and systematicness. In recent years, the state has raised the importance of training young football, hoping to vigorously develop young football, establish and improve the relevant training system. The article mainly studies the effective strategy of our country teenagers training, with the hope to provide the related personnel the theory reference.
