在黄淮海平原文岩渠中下游洼涝淤土地区.实行以稻抗涝治碱试验,使低洼易涝地带变成了北方的鱼米之乡。水稻旱种只要满足它在不同土壤里的需水量.其产量都在300公斤以上,水稻水插只要在分蘖和抽穗扬花灌浆期,满足超饱和灌溉外.一般只要求湿润状态,这样灌溉一毫米水分可生产稻谷0.6~0.7公斤。配合高产优质水稻良种.节水措施、扩大水稻种植面积,可最大限度地减轻或避免秋涝灾害,使该地区生态农业保持平衡,促进粮食稳产高产。
