目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定炎立消片中原儿茶酸的含量。方法:采用C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-0.5%磷酸(13:87:0.2)为流动相;流速为0.8ml·min~(-1);检测波长为258nm。结果:原儿茶酸进样量在0.07～0.70μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:方法操作简单、准确,重复性好,可用于炎立消片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of protocatechuic acid in Yanlixiao Tablets. METHODS: A C18 column was used (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-0.5% phosphoric acid (13:87:0.2) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1. The detection wavelength is 258 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the amount of protocatechuic acid injection and the peak area in the range of 0.07-0.70 μg (r=0.9997). The average recovery was 99.0% and the RSD was 1.7% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Yanlixiao tablets.
