2016年9月21日起施行的新政主要在于重新认定了货车超限标准,同时也加强了对大件运输车辆行驶公路的管理,规范了对违法超限运输行为的处罚。新政对公路货运行业的超限运输实行了严厉的打击,对整个公路货运行业的运行也产生了一定影响。通过提取全国26个省市的高速公路计重收费业务数据,详细分析新政实施前后的高速公路货运车辆运行情况。
The New Deal, which came into force on September 21, 2016, mainly re-identifies the overrun criteria for trucks and strengthens the management of highways that run on large-sized transport vehicles, and regulates penalties for violations of the law. The New Deal imposed a severe blow on the overrun transportation of the highway freight transportation industry and exerted a certain influence on the operation of the entire highway freight transportation industry. By extracting toll road toll data from 26 provinces and cities nationwide, the operation of freeway freight cars before and after the implementation of the New Deal is analyzed in detail.
