本文以该所研制的红外器件自动测试系统为例,介绍了计算机在自动测试中的应用,并提出发展我国自动测试技术的一些看法。
In this paper, the developed infrared device automatic test system as an example, introduces the computer in the automatic test application, and put forward some ideas to develop our automatic test technology.
