经济法调整对象问题是经济法基础理论研究的一个重要问题,它直接关系到经济法法律关系三要素的构成、经济法的法律责任以及程序规则的设定。鉴于此,笔者从研究经济法调整对象的基本进路和经济法调整对象重要性的角度,梳理并浅析了经济法调整对象理论,并在此基础之上结合社会经济生活的实际,对其调整对象进行一定程度的重新明确,以期抛砖引玉共同推进经济法理论完善。
